    JOB DESCRIPTION: To manufacture parts using various tools in the plant.
    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • General understanding of quality and safety standards.
    • Use and general maintenance of the equipment.
    • Perform product labelling and completion of production and quality documentation.
    • Proper material handling techniques, including minimization and use of scrap.
    EDUCATION: None.
    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Basic math skills. Ability to read a tape measure and part manufacturing prints.
    EXPERIENCE: None.

    SALES

    Regional Sales Representative
    JOB DESCRIPTION: To recruit new builders and maintain existing accounts.
    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Prospect and qualify new accounts.
    • Obtain quote information and prepare quotations and purchase orders.
    • Inform customers of our products and systems.
    • Schedule trips to cover assigned areas.
    • Prepare sales trip reports and expense reports for all trips.
    • Act as field liaison for all customer matters; i.e., sales, quotes, erection or delivery problems, collections, etc.
    • Relay any field problems to sales manager in order to determine a viable solution and prevent further occurrences.
    • Review and follow up on all quotes in the assigned area.
    EDUCATION: Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred.
    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
    • Must have strong communication, math and organizational skills.
    • As this is an outside sales position, applicants must have a valid FL or GA drivers licence, a clean driving record and be able to pass a DOT general physical before employment.
    EXPERIENCE: Previous sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.

    Sales Assistant
    JOB DESCRIPTION: Coordinate and assimilate the information required in estimating, quoting, and order processing of metal building systems for their assigned geographical area.
    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Obtain all technical and non-technical information necessary to prepare estimates for house accounts and/or assigned region.
    • Compute estimates, assign quote number, and return results to builder.
    • Follow up quotes with changes, alternates and other builder requests.
    • Process purchase orders, change orders, and other job paperwork.
    • Process component special work orders.
    • Assist builder, as necessary, with procedures and/or problems.
    EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent.
    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must have strong communication, math and organizational skills.
    EXPERIENCE: Previous estimating or blue print reading skills preferred.
    COMPENSATION: Based on experience.
