DEAN’s panel squares are based on net coverage, not net Width or flat width. Thus, the total panel squares required will be 6% to 12% less than most of our competitors.
Dean does not charge extra for punching zees or cees. The prices are for punched long lap or short lap.
We paint most of our zees and cees with a red oxide primer that meets Federal Specifications TTP-636 and 646. By painting the zees and cees, protect the cut edges and/or punched holes which may allow rust to begin.
